Lyria 4 provides AI-powered music and creative generation tools, including related account, billing, support, and content delivery features.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.

Acceptable Use

  • Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content

  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the product beyond permitted use
  • Use automated methods to bypass plan, billing, or product limitations

User Content

You retain rights you have in the content you submit to Lyria 4.

You grant Lyria 4 a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, display, and use your content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and request its generation or processing.

Generated Output

Generated output may be influenced by prompts, models, settings, and system behavior. Output quality, originality, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, distributing, licensing, or using it in commercial contexts.

Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Paid features may include subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, or other billing arrangements.

  • Charges, renewal timing, and included usage are shown at checkout
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
  • Credits, refunds, and billing adjustments are governed by the plan or checkout terms in effect at purchase
  • We may suspend paid access for failed payments, fraud risk, or abuse

Intellectual Property

Lyria 4 and its software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by Lyria 4 or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Lyria 4 may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, payments, storage, email, or other operational functions. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
